New look

On the blog that is. I am a complete nincompop when it comes to webdesign and such, but now I have managed to add a background of my own. I think it looks rather nice- the picture is a page from Alla kvinnors bok and illustrate Spring/summer wardrobe year two.

What do you think? Too fuzzy? Need and tweaking?

I love how clean and crisp and simple your new background is. It's lovely to look at but not fussy and hard on the eyes or anything. Good job.

It's cute! Love the images. Your blog title at the top gets lost now, though, so you might want to rework that. (The years are fine, just the title gets lost).

LOVE your blog, BTW!! Your content is great.

Hi! It's cute! However, you might want to looks over the edges and make them the same colors as the rest. There's a shadow from the scanner which makes a hard line edge for us with bigger resolutions on our screens (try to lay the picture beside it self both left-right and top-bottom to see it). Otherwise, it's gorgerous.

I love your new look, and you blog idea!
I have always wanted a wearable late 30s- early 40's wardrobe, or even just a cluster.
I find your posts very helpful and exciting, and I can't wait for more!
It's a pity that most vintage blog out there are more about the 50's, since I find the 40's shapes more right for modern bodies (at least mine lol).
Great job!

Nadine & Cathi: Thank you!

Beth: Yes, you are right. I'm working on it, which means sloooow progress. :) I'm so glad you enjoy my blog!

Em: I see what you mean. I'll try to do something about it. :)

Graceand: I'm so glad you enjoy my blog! I do like the 50's too, but the forties have always been very dear to me. I suspect that the 40's will come more and more, actually. The 50's has been going on for a while now and people do tend to look for something else after a while.
