Notes
1. A heavy white sweater will keep for years if it is washed carefully. Sporty details are knitted from yarn from an old unravelled red sweater.
2. The black dress is for afternoons.
3. The fuchsia-red jacket. With all the black dresses it can be nice with some colour for change.
4. The navy blue ski-pants should be made of water-proofed gabardine with a jacket in the same fabric or in poplin in a "natural" colour.

Notes
1. Remove the sleeves of the brown dress, shorten the jacket and it is now a day dress.
2. The tweed overcoat is dyed navy blue to match the suit. Worn cuffs and pockets are replaced with fabrics left over from shortening it.
3. The navy blue suit should be simple and strict.
4. The afternoon dress in red looks good both with white ann blue.
5. The summer wardrobe can be topped off with a combined housedress/beachdress in a nice cotton fabric.
